Ann Walters
Owner & President

Ann Walters, President, is a life-long resident of Hampton Roads.  She has worked in the service industry for over 20 years, 10 of those years as a Corporate Concierge.  Utilizing the knowledge and training during her time with Executive Concierge of VA, Inc., Ann founded Professional Concierge of Hampton Roads, LLC in March 2007.

The word "concierge" evolves from the French comte Des cierges , the "keeper of the candle," a term that referred to the servant who attended to the whims of visiting noblemen at medieval castles. Eventually the name "concierge" came to stand for the keeper of the keys at public buildings, especially hotels.

Today's castles are corporate office buildings, hotels, and welcome centers.

What sets us apart?
We have a full time presence in Downtown Norfolk at the World Trade Center during regular business hours to provide the human interaction that is so often missing these days.  Our Concierge works for the buildings, getting to know the tenants, understanding their needs, and interacting with them on a daily basis.  Personal service is our number one goal!
