Professional Concierge of Hampton Roads offers a variety of free services to the tenants of the World Trade Center. Some services do require an errand fee. Listed below is a breakdown of charges. If you have questions about how you will be charged for a specific service, please do not hesitate to ask.

Gratuities are neither expected nor encouraged.

Free Services. Many of the services that a Concierge provides, such as information and research requests, restaurant reservations, calling a taxi, furnishing a list of Hampton Roads events, brochures, and menus, are absolutely free.

Market Price Services. Other services will cost you about what you would pay if you did them yourself, we just save you the hassle. This is called a "market price" service. Gift basket orders, flower orders, dry cleaning, etc. fall into this category.

Services Charges. As expected, there is a charge for some services. Personal shopping (i.e., picking up a special gift or grocery shopping) is $25.00 per hour with a $12.50 minimum. Errands (i.e., running to the post office, tailor shop, etc.) is $5.00 per 15 minutes. Acquiring tickets for theater, concerts, or other special events is a minimum charge of $10.00 per order.
